`Tis the season to be stylish!

In just about 6 days it`ll be December already! And in a couple of weeks you`ll be attending those Christmas and New Years parties/ get togethers. Perhaps, you might want to update your wardrobe. The Fall/Winter 2009/2010 runways represent a season of strong silhouettes and sophisticated glamour. The runway trends were inspired by the 40's and 80's. Think BOLD SHOULDERS and EXAGGERATED SILHOUETTES.
Here are some of the hottest fashion trends for this year`s holiday season.

1. BOLD AND EXAGGERATED SHOULDERS
- Exaggerated shoulders make their mark once again. If you`re saving up for your Christmas gifts, why not rummage through your mom`s or grandma`s closet and you might find blazers with shoulder pads!

2. THE JEGGINGS
- Haven`t heard of this yet? It`s a leggings-slash-jeans!! It`s comfortable, wearable and still on trend. You may choose from a wide variety of style, either denim, sequin, or metallic.

3.GLITZ AND GLAM
-Add festivity to the season by wearing those glitzy glam outfits! Shimmering fabrics are best for night occasions.

9. ACCESSORIZE... ACCESSORIZE....
- the more accessories you pile, the more fierce you look. Wear something big and chunky. Don`t also be afraid to mix and match!

10. FIERCE HEELS
- When you wear the wrong shoes. Your whole outfit is ruined. Trust me. Nowadays, designers make shoes with dramatic designs and over-the-edge heels. I say wear those black patent booties with that velvet mini dress and you`re okay!
