Keep Your Hands Off My Kate

Good news Longchamp lovers! A new collection is up this Spring /Summer '10. 
4 teaser videos caught my attention while browsing Longchamp`s website. The songs and lines were very catchy. 
"Kate a chance on me"  "I can`t Kate my eyes off you" "Keep your hands off my Kate" "You Kate always get what you want" "Kate a walk on the bright side" and "Girls just wanna have Kate" are just some of the catchy lines.
Longchamp`s muse for eight seasons (and counting), Kate Moss, collaborates with the known brand. Kate, who loves to  work with Longchamp and the people behind it, was approached by Longchamp`s Artistic Director, Sophie Delafontaine about this project. The model-turned-designer shares that "I`ve been working with Longchamp  for awhile, we just get on",  which is nice because in the fashion industry, mutual respect and trust are the keys to success. 
In Kate`s new collection, you will see lots of zebra prints in classic styles. (Zebra print is Kate`s favorite.) There are three sub-collections: Rock'N Casual, Rock'N Travel, and Rock'N Glam. So very Kate, I love. I like how the bags remain simple yet stylish, a change from all other bags nowadays with intrinsic details and exotic designs. 
I find the collection awesome. It`s a good one for Kate, too! A shift from clothing to handbags (Topshop to Longchamp) gives us inspiration to  take chances and explore new things. 
Kate Moss`s collection for Logchamp will be out on stores this February 11, 2010.
